Temos fornecedores de Açucar IC 45, abaixo segue os procedimentos:

Procedures:

1. BUYER ISSUES THE LETTER OF INTENT with SOFT PROBE.
2. SELLER CHECK LOI AUTHENTICITY and availability of funds.
3. IN POSITIVE CASE SELLER ISSUES DRAFT CONTRACT.

4.  Buyer signs and returns the Final Contract.

5. Buyer issues the non operative financial instruments

6. AFTER SIGNATURES if requested BUYER has the right to check the refineries and the logistic for the contract buyer issues a NON OPERATIVE LC.

7. SELLER ISSUES POP (Proof of Product) AND 2% PB (Performance Bond) TO TURN OPERATIVE the L/C.

8. AFTER the L/C BECOMES OPERATIVE BUYER START WITH LOGISTIC FOR  LOADING THE SUGAR.
